Our City Coffee Roasters is a hybrid space where coffee lovers and creatives alike can come together, learn, and connect.

Started in 2025 by Dan Wiandt, Our City Coffee Roasters was created with the goal to provide a premium coffee option for Tuscarawas County. The ethically sourced, small-batch artisan beans served today are a product of hours of research and refinement.

After focusing on home delivery, Dan was inspired to create a a physical location to allow the community an up-close, educational look at our roasting process.

To bring his vision further to life, Dan teamed up with Jessica Haney to curate a unique interior filled with local artwork. Our lounge space, The Velvet Owl, is not just a coffee shop, but a gathering place for artists, creatives, and coffee lovers alike.

In an increasingly digital world, join us to unplug, learn, and get inspired by our immersive coffee experience.

Our Values

  • We ensure our supply chain upholds ethical standards by only sourcing directly from farms or importers that value sustainability, community, and ethical labor.

  • We source only in-season, specialty grade coffee from producers who truly understand and value quality.

  • We aim to not only pour back into the Tuscarawas County community with coffee and arts education, but to also serve as a secondary space where people can unplug and connect.

  • Our City Coffee Roasters knows that art has the ability to enhance culture and community and we aim to uplift local creatives.
